Therapy for Stress and Anxiety

The feeling of being stuck and overwhelmed is real

You’re barely managing. You're just doing your best to get by. And amid trying to live up to all your responsibilities, you feel disconnected from yourself.

You may not be able to assert the boundaries that you need with others. Perhaps you’re able to meet others’ expectations of you, but you’re unable to meet your own expectations or goals.

You may have the thought that you're a failure, and this isn't the way you want to live the rest of your life.

Therapy for Moms

Adversity can lead to transformational change

I offer you evidence-based, practical tools to help you get back in control of your life. This includes helping you identify your patterns of thinking and behavior, evaluate how they may or may not be serving you, and shift those patterns in meaningful ways to support your goals.

I also help you clarify what values are most important to you, what barriers might be holding you back, and how to live in alignment with those values.

Making space in your life to focus on your well-being can be an empowering experience. Ultimately, you can live a life of purpose with a sense of calm and renewal.

My experience with parents and professionals

I've worked with healthcare professionals, business owners, managers, parents, and clients from all walks of life since beginning my clinical training in 2005.

I also have lived experience as a woman in academic medicine, a small business owner, and a busy parent of a young child who has unique needs.

I've found that stress has a way of seeping into our lives and taking over in small ways that, over time, can feel insurmountable. I love combining my clinical training as a therapist with my experiences to foster a space where you can be fully seen and understood, empowered with useful tools, and supported in your journey.
